老公是一個超級榴槤fans,每次見到榴槤口味的東西都一定不會放過.
近墨者黑, 我由完全抗拒榴槤到現在可以慢慢開始有勇氣把那陣濃烈得像紋紋poo poo的東西放進口中.
雖說勇氣可嘉,但只限於甜品類. 什麼榴槤班戟,榴槤水晶,榴槤雪糕都可應付自如. 更加夠胆向各位推介這個"水榴槤". 它是一個班戟跟雪米滋的cross over.皮薄舀靚,中間的cream有香濃的榴槤味,找遍全個班戟一點兒榴槤肉也沒有.原來最精彩之處是把榴槤肉打得很烯爛然後渾入cream內.吃的時候一點兒吃榴槤的感覺也沒有.

有人會問:吃榴槤就是要一嚐它那濃烈的獨特味道,聽你就般形容好像吃得沒有意思.
我要強調,我現在只是在"可以接受"階段,距離"欣賞"還有一段距離. 我這麼努力學習喜歡它是為老公完成他那一個卑微的心願 - 買一大個榴槤番屋企同老婆大淡大淡咬.

老公~ 距離目標還有一段漫長的路,你要耐心地等我呀!

偶然跟老公在屋企附近食早餐, 在Tea & Herb遇上香港難找的Egg Benedict. 跟 San Francisco 的Mama's差不多好味道呢! 自 從 食 過 一 次 , 就 要 每 星 期 來 食.

All was well

We went to the book fair at 22:00 and snatched ourselves a copy of the Harry Potter finale.

Both Sasa & I couldn't resist turning the book to the last page. We only took a quick glimpse hoping to read the last word of the story.

so, this is it... those 3 words practically explains everything.

congratautions to my dearest friend. You've finally found someone who will treasure you.

I am relieved that I no longer need to be your 白夫人 never after ....(just kidding)

I was so engaged with my sister's birthday celebration plan that I almost forgot it's also Man Man's 13th birthday today.

肇慶, 開平之旅 ~ Jul 14-16

旅程的主是目的是到廣東省新鮮出爐的第1個世界文化遺產- 開平碉樓. 去年9月聯合國世界文化遺產專家登上馬降龍的碉樓看四周景色時，曾說過這是世界上最美麗的村落。登上其中一座開放的駿廬，由天台向外望，15座碉樓和西式別墅一棟棟「插」在竹林中，與周遭散置的民居，風景是美不勝收。順道遊國家AAAA級旅遊區「立園」和 肇興的七星岩.

短短三天跑遍了珠海,開平,順德, 肇慶, 廣州等多個城市. 時間很緊迫,但不到過, 看過, 也不知道原來廣東省也有這麼值得遊覽的地方, 真的不枉此行

Kick Off

公司一年一度的Kick-off Party 又是在Aberdeen Marina Club舉行 (應該有點新意才對吧).

今年的 dress code 係 Red, Blue & White. 大家都說笑該把紅白籃著上身.

還是日本人處事比較認真. Risa San 一身和服上陣, 把原本老土到極點的dress code演繹得很Kawaii 呢 ~

Plastic bag Not?

近呢兩日公司的城中熱話係 : "如何奪得 I'm not a Plastic Bag". 有同事甚至計劃攞假排隊.

下午的時候有同事到Lee Garden視察環境,驚嚇地發現已有50多人排隊. 剛剛放工再路經此處, 已多人到唔見人龍. 為咗個價值$120的袋, 要排18個鍾, 值得嗎?

reading going and going....

I have always been a Harry Potter fans but only limted to the big screen. After hearing so many comments on how much better the book is, I decided to grab a copy and see it for myself.

Fact is, I really could not let this book off my hands once I laid eyes on the first paragraph and I have broken my reading record in fiinshing the book within 2 days.

I ran to Page One and picked up the second series today and will probably bury my head into it after this blog.

I know it's a little far behind in reading Harry Potters now. But with this reading speed, I think I have a pretty good chance of catching up all the 6 series before the last one releases on Jul 21 !!

等咗半年都等唔到行貨, 今日終於死死地去買咗架水貨機. 發覺最好玩的係幫自己設計個icon. 睇吓老公果個幾似樣 ~
