The dinner was a real experience as it delivers the real art of culinary! Chef Roland managed to transform food into foam & you will never guessed what the food is by it's appearance.

Least to mention, we ran into Eason Chan & Wyman celebrating Hiliary's (Mrs. Chan's) birthday. We saw Eason walking in with a bouquet of while lilies, he walked over with a big fat smile & gave his wife a big birthday kiss. I am never an Eason fan, but I was touched by his sweet gesture.
